 The LEOMAR (Leo-Mar) story is a tale of pure inspiration and hope that sprung from the “idea” that embodies the American Dream of E Pluribus Unum (from many one). LEOMAR unleashes untapped talent by investing in and channeling the skills, passion and energy of Women and Hispanics to build enterprises that deliver tangible and measurable value and innovation.  LEOMAR provides a clear path for these talented individuals by providing resources in transportation, Import and Exporting of product, managing in-bound and out-bound supply chain, enhancing relationships with Trade Partners, engaging marketplaces and eCommerce sales channels all landscaped and designed to deliver optimal profit margins, seamless handling and great customer experience.

The story begins with the dream and passion of LEOMAR founder and CEO, Marisol Ruiz Mortorano.  Marisol migrated to the United States with her family from the Dominican Republic and was educated in schools in the United States ultimately receiving a degree in Business Administration.  After working at a host of jobs to put herself through school, Marisol settled in Banking.  It was her experience in Banking that ignited her passion to help people build and manage wealth. Marisol quickly noticed that there was an uneven playing field for Women and Hispanics.  Many were not aware of resources they could draw from to unchain themselves from just being an employee and build their own businesses. And once they made the entrepreneurial leap, LEOMAR can provide the connections to build the supply chains and business and banking relationships needed for success.  

After the birth of her son, Leonardo, Marisol became motivated to use her connections and knowledge of business and banking to begin helping those who needed help the most. 

Today, Marisol is the Chairperson of the Board of Directors for Supreme Services, a Professional Employment Organization and has strong contractual relationships and alliances with Professional Employment Organization (VEROHR), Transportation/logistics, Warehousing/Fulfillment, and Import/Export resources through Latin/Central America, Western Europe, and Continental United States.
