This mission is driven by the passion and vision of LEOMAR Founder and CEO, Marisol Ruiz Mortorano.  Marisol migrated to the United States with her family from the Dominican Republic and worked to put herself through school and landed in Banking.  Marisol’s banking experience brought to her attention the uneven playing field Women and Hispanics experience when building businesses and creating lean and efficient supply chains to provide a foundation for sustainable success.
